Dependable Movers LLC

This is the absolute worst company to hire for a move. When the "movers" arrived to our home in MD the estimate for the move jumped from 15,000 to over $30,000! They also said that they will need an additional $5,000 at the door. We would later find out that it was almost $5,700 at the door AND they will charge extra for stairs, for putting things in designated rooms, for walking around the house, there was a fee for everything. They sent 6 people they found off Craig's List for the move out and ONE PERSON for the move in! (Their workers told us that they saw the ad on Craig's List 24 hours before the move.) We had to call around to our own friends and family JUST to get our things off the truck. We paid for the packing and unpacking additional service and their employee was hard pressed to even attempt putting *anything* together and left with the vast majority of things not unpacked, not assembled, and broken or crushed. The one piece that their "team" did put together was a table and he left it upside down. The boxes were crushed, some plastic tubs arrived completely crumbled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please, I beg you, Save your family the stress and the drastic hidden fees. I have no idea how they could have possibly have such excellent reviews. My family is exhausted from this and now we need to go inventory all of our broken furniture.

Dependable LLC was terrific. The thing that made them the most terrrific where is the fact that they listened. They were more concerned with our needs in their own sales pitch. Almost every company we spoke to had an identical sales pitch. We were more concerned with how our furniture was going to get from point a to point B safely. We wanted our furniture to stay on the same truck and at no point be at Ani waiting period to be rerouted or switch trucks. This company has a reputation for doing good business and being very customer service oriented that’s the reason why we chose them. We probably could’ve gotten a better price but we liked everything we heard when dealing with them they are a standout company.

We don’t know anything about moving state to stars except what some friends and colleagues have told us about what Happened to them during thier move. They stressed more then anything we did not want a moving broker. For those that don’t know I’m moving broker is basically a middleman who subcontracts the move to the actual mover. Dependable LLC Is the actual moving company. They come out with their own employees and they own their own trucks and most importantly once loaded the furniture will never leave the truck. They arrived on time, they delivered on time and everything came in the same condition it left in. Moving can be nerve racking if you choose the wrong company I’m happy to say and tell everyone we made the right choice and I would recommend calling and finding out for yourself.

It was a real convenience to work with the moving company that understood the every day person. Most of the companies that we supposed to talk to us like we been doing this our whole life we are first time movers. We decided to give our business to dependable LLC. We like the way they treated us over the phone and they were the only company that was willing to take a look at the pictures that we sent them. I know most companies are busy this time of year but every call should be just as important as the other. They have a reputation for great customer service, updates on shipments and respecting every client equally. They made moving so easy for us I can’t even begin to explain not to mention affordable. We highly recommend them and therefore ever put in the situation we would absolutely use them again.

Dependable was great when it came to coordinating our move. We were always called and given updates and even given the drivers personal number. The best part about working with them i6s they do all the moves themself. They do not sell them to a third party or broker then out. They use employees that are on the payroll and tell you how it is. They gave us more Then enough tools do you research and make your own decision. Not once were we pressured for money and told we had a certain date to make a decision by. We weren’t wants to fall for any sales tactic or pressure moves we took our time and pick the company that was best for us and it just so happened to be them.

We love everything about this company. Dependable LLC really knows how to work with the people. We have never moved out of our home state before so all of this was very new to us, it was like a foreign language at times. We got calls from 5 to 6 companies and get quotes from each one of them. Dependable LLC was not the cheapest or the most expensive they sat right in the middle. If you factor in the complementary items they gave us I would say they were the cheapest, but it’s not about the money. If you wanted to work with a moving company that use their own trucks and was more concerned with quality and overall volume of how many moves they can do this summer and that’s what we got with them. The inventory list we put together on the phone matched up perfectly with the inventory list on the day of the move. The final price did not go up it stay right where it should have. I know that everyone’s biggest fear is being up charge on the day of the move but if there’s one thing I can tell you about this company is it you work with them and follow thier lead you are in good hands. We are so pleased with all the service from Dependable Moving LLC. It wasn’t your typical quick inventory here’s the price now pay. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable in understanding how the move would be priced and what could potentially affect a price to go honor down. They explained that regardless we would only be responsible for the amount of space we occupy. If it would be less we would pay less if it took up a little more we would have to pay that as well. Most other companies just breeze through the process in hopes of sticking people on the day of the actual move but not them. They were very honest and friendly with us and we felt like valued clients. That’s what it takes to refer a company to your loved ones and family. You want to know that a particular company has the traits and respects the fact that moving is very costly and they did. We had a great time working with them and we would again in the future if the opportunity presented itself.

Dependable LLC was the actual moving Company. They were not a broker they did the moves in their own trucks with their own employees. Their employees are all background checks and drug tested so we knew exactly who is in our home. These were a few of the little things that made us decide to use them over some of the others that called for our business. They. Discounted our move tremendously to put it well within our budget. We do not have all the money in the world so we had to do this the right way. Our furniture never switch trucks and we always had an update on where it was while it was in transit we thank you for all your hard work and service.

First things first. We told them if they were a broker thank you but no thank you we only want to work with the actual moving company. We wanted to make one phone call at all times for all of our needs and never have to worry about getting bounced around. The sales person that called us on day one was the same person that wished us well as the movers drive away. The moving men were fantastic. Clean work, items that were treated and placed with care and respectful men that do a job right. The price we got and signed off on was the final price we paid it was as straight forward as possible. It was easily the best move we ever were a part of. I hope this writing helps somebody looking for a reliable company I assure you that they are exactly that.
